Lleva lo que tiene que llevar (hay mucha tontería con esto de los colágenos, para justificar precios astronómicos)
Con este llevo ya tiempo y puedo afirmar que se nota y mucho en la piel, luminosa y tersa, el pelo, que apenas se cae y crece a velocidad (lo que requiere retocar raíces mucho más a menudo, una feliz desventaja), las uñas mucho más fuertes y crecen doble rápido (ídem para retoque de esmalte)
Para el deporte funciona muy bien: entreno intenso, cero agujetas y sin dolor
Disolución completa con unas batidas en shaker, sabor delicioso, a refresco
Recomiendo invertir en el paquete de kilo, que sale súper precio y dura infinito
