Pleasant surprise
I bought it as a supplement in addition to glucosamine and chondroitin for my chondromalacia patella, as I had read that collagen could help as well. And, although there is a lot of debate on this topic, I decided to try it, as this supplement also comes with magnesium and vitamin C. I couldn't say if it helped with my knees, as I was taking it in combination. However, when I took a break from the other pills, after a while I decided to take the collagen alone, to add an extra vitamin C (I was taking covid); it was a pleasant surprise that after 5 days, I noticed that my skin was much softer, especially on my face... On the knees, or other joints, I didn't notice anything on that occasion... but I did notice something on the skin. In case it is useful to anyone.
Lo compré como un suplemento más, añadido a la glucosamina y condroitina, para mi condromalacia rotuliana, pues había leído que el colágeno podía ayudar también. Y, aunque haya mucho debate sobre este tema, decidí probarlo, ya que este suplemento también viene con magnesio y vitamina C. No sabría decir si ayudó con las rodillas, pues lo tomaba combinado.
Sin embargo, cuando me tomé el descanso de las otras pastillas, al cabo de un tiempo decidí tomar el colágeno solo, por añadir un extra de vitamina C (estaba con covid); fue una grata sorpresa que al cabo de 5 días, notase la piel muchísimo más suave, especialmente en la cara...
En las rodillas, u otras articulaciones, no noté nada en esa ocasión... pero sí en la piel. Por si le sirve a alguien.
