Exceptional value for money
One of the best weight gainers for beginners. Very balanced quality-price ratio. Good digestion with whole milk. The strawberry flavor is successful.

Good taste
I have tried the white chocolate flavor in both milk and water and it tastes good. Although I personally like it better dissolved in milk. It is one of my favorites.

Very sweet
The peanut and caramel one is thick even with water and very thick in the proportion indicated. I would recommend adding more water or a ladle less.

Correct
If you get it on sale it is very good. The flavor is a little sweet but in these shakes it is usually like that whatever flavor you choose. The presentation I wish it was instead of a bag a plastic jar with a lid, as it is more convenient to close and so on but otherwise all good.

Strawberry and banana flavor
To go with the daily shakes before or after training, the banana and strawberry flavor is the best for me. I bought the coffee one and it left me sleepless.
