I have tried many natural drainers and this one takes the palm, both in effectiveness and price!!! is a "must it" in my supplementation, I do not always use it, but at times when for various reasons I have more retention, something very common in women. It is not necessary to drink all the water in the world to notice that you go more to the bathroom, I drink normal amounts of water, about 1.5L or 2L daily, depending on the activity and what I eat, and you also notice that you take it, not like others that you have to go with the little bottle everywhere or with the tea on duty ... and of course you go more to the bathroom without drinking more!!!!!

He probado muchísimos drenantes naturales y éste se lleva la palma, tanto en efectividad como en precio!! es un "must it" en mi suplementación, no lo utilizo siempre, pero si en momentos en los que por distintas causas tengo mas retención, algo muy habitual en las mujeres. No es necesario beberte todo el agua del mundo para notar que vas más al baño, yo bebo cantidades de agua normales, sobre el 1.5L o 2L diario, dependiendo de la actividad y lo que como, e igualmente se nota que lo tomas, no como otros que tienes que ir con la botellita a todas partes o con el te de turno...y claro que se va más al baño sin bebes más!!!
