I can't say how effective it is because I've burned a lot of fat lately with diet and exercise, but the heat effect is noticeable, which I'm sure it will do. I use it just before training and it has a noticeable thermal effect. It reddens the skin a little at first, but after the shower it's all perfect. Good smell and slightly sticky texture that rinses off well with water.
No sabría decir cuánto de efectivo es porque he quemado muchísima grasa últimamente con dieta y ejercicio, pero se nota el efecto calor, que algo digo yo que hará. Lo uso justo antes de entrenar y tiene un efecto térmico notable. Se enrojece un poco la piel al principio, pero después de la ducha está todo perfecto. Buen olor y textura un pelín pegajosa que se aclara bien con agua.
