Better form of omega 3, but expensive
Krill oil contains omega-3 in phospholipid form instead of the conventional triglyceride form. The phospholipid form is more easily absorbed and utilized in the body so its beneficial effects are more potent at lower doses. The downside of krill oil is its high price in relation to traditional omega 3. It would be nice if a "savings" format with more capsules were available.
El aceite de krill contiene omega 3 en forma fosfolipídica en vez de la forma convencional de triglicéridos. La forma fosfolipídica se absorbe y utiliza en el cuerpo con mayor facilidad por lo que sus efectos beneficiosos son más potentes con menor dosis. La pega del aceite de krill es su alto precio en relación al omega 3 tradicional. Estaría bien que sacasen un formato "ahorro" con más cápsulas.

Well
It is a very good formulation but it is a bit expensive, although it is of quality. It smells strongly fishy but the capsules are easy to swallow. My husband takes them as he doesn't eat fish and needs extra quality omega 3.
