It helps me along with other things.

I take it along with alpha lipoic acid, vitamin b12 and arginine, for non-diabetic neuropathic pain and burning in legs and feet. The burning crises in my feet and legs have almost completely subsided, I think this really works, it cannot be a placebo effect.... You have to be consistent with taking it. I take 500mg of carnitine, 500mg of alpha lipoic acid, 1000mg of arginine and vitamin b12 a day.

La tomo junto al ácido alfa lipoico, vitamina b12 y arginina, para dolores y ardores neuropáticos no diabéticos en piernas y pies. Las crisis de ardor en los pies y piernas han remitido casi en su totalidad, creo que esto funciona de verdad, no puede ser efecto placebo... Hay que ser constante con la toma. Yo tomo al día 500mg de carnitina,500mg de ácido alfa lipoico,1000mg de arginina y vitamina b12.
