A little help

I have been taking it for a while and, although it is too soon to notice big differences, I do notice a little push. It is clear that without proper diet and exercise, it is useless, but complementing both things with acetyl l-lcarnitine I do notice a little help compared to a few weeks ago. I repeat, by itself it will not work miracles, but everything adds up. I recommend it because the quality/price ratio seems quite good to me, at least to test its performance.

Llevo un tiempo tomándola y, aunque es pronto para notar grandes diferencias, sí que noto un pequeño empujoncito. Está claro que sin dieta adecuada y ejercicio, no sirve de nada, pero complementando ambas cosas con la acetil l-lcarnitina sí que noto un pequeña ayudita con respecto a hace unas semanas. Repito, por sí solo no va a hacer milagros, pero todo suma. La recomiendo ya que la relación calidad precio me parece bastante buena, al menos para probar su funcionamiento.
