I have not done well

I guess it's a one-off or a personal thing. It has been bad for me. I don't know if it's because of the 500mg amount which is too much in one dose. It gives me an upset stomach and gas. I have taken it as directed. I have stopped taking it and the discomfort has disappeared.

Supongo que será algo puntual o personal. A mi me ha sentado mal. No se si es por la cantidad de 500mg que es demasiado en una toma. Me da malestar estomacal y gases. Lo he tomado como indican tomarlo. Lo he dejado de tomar y me ha desaparecido el malestar.
