I ordered Magnesium Blisgiscinate on Saturday night, even with the blackout yesterday I had the order at my pick up point this morning Tonight I tried the 2 recommended capsules of Magnesium I tb take Melatonin and Tryptophan which carry vitamins B3 and B6 It has been the winning trio Super relaxed Very very calm and very pleasant sleep As always a 10 in every way.

It is good value for money, the capsules are easy to swallow. I have used a bottle of 120 caps but I have not noticed anything I am going to change to collagen and magnesium.

One of my regulars
I've been taking this magnesium since I started doing sports. It helps me one capsule in the morning to activate me and another one at night to relax the muscles. I also ask this magnesium to my mother who is 70 years old, because of her age she has muscle pain and cramps and this magnesium is great for her and helps her in her daily activity and mobility. I recommend it 100x100%.
