Tomo la forma de glicinato de magnesio porque es mas tolerable para el estómago y no produce diarrea, me ha quitado el cansancio y además ayuda al mantenimiento de los huesos, tengo osteopenia y artrosis, el médico me lo recomendó porque no tolero los medicamentos para la artrosis. Me gustaría un suplemento de glicinato de mg con clicinato de cal con vitamina d con vitamina k, sería lo ideal.
