The best choice for magnesium supplementation
For a long time I have been taking another brand of effervescent magnesium, in my case, for migraines. Now that I no longer have that problem, I have decided to continue taking magnesium for my muscles and contractures, and from what I have read, this is the best for my case. I've only been taking it for a few days, and on a positive note, I can say that I don't notice any digestive side effects : ).
