I have started to use it, but I do feel more concentrated and eager to do things, it gives me a boost of energy. I still need more time, but I think it is a quality product. The taste is neutral, it goes down well.

I've been taking this magnesium since I started doing sports. It helps me one capsule in the morning to activate me and another one at night to relax the muscles. I also ask this magnesium to my mother who is 70 years old, because of her age she has muscle pain and cramps and this magnesium is great for her and helps her in her daily activity and mobility. I recommend it 100x100%.

Me ayuda una cápsula por la mañana para activarme y otra a la noche para relajar los músculos.

Excellent choice if you want to supplement yourself with magnesium.
Magnesium in the second best form, bisglycinate. It has the least digestive problems and the highest absorption rate. Unless you want it to improve stress and relaxation (in which case threonate would be best), it is the best choice for magnesium supplementation. The capsules have an easy to swallow size and is effective in the long term (do not expect quick results).
Magnesio en la segunda mejor forma, bisglicinato. La que menos problemas digestivos tiene y mayor porcentaje de absorción. Salvo que lo desees para mejorar el stress y la relajación (en cuyo caso el mejor sería el treonato), es la mejor opción para suplementarte con magnesio. Las cápsulas tienen un tamaño fácil de tragar y es efectivo a largo plazo (no esperes resultados rápidos).
