Recommended for falling asleep
I have been taking it for a year and a half and it has changed my life. It was hard for me to relax when I went to sleep, it took me more than 1 hour to fall asleep and I had a very light sleep. Now I take 2 capsules about 15 minutes before going to sleep and I fall asleep quickly and soundly. The days of sleeping on one night have become normal. I highly recommend it!
Llevo tomándolo 1 año y medio y me ha cambiado la vida. Me costaba relajarme al ir a dormir, tardaba más de 1 hora en conciliar el sueño y tenía un sueño muy ligero. Ahora me tomo 2 cápsulas unos 15 minutos antes de ir a dormir y me duermo rápido y profundamente. Los días que duermo del tirón se han convertido en la normalidad. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!
