Es una buena calidad precio la verdad. Te dura muchísimo, porque realmente es 1 al día pero no tienes porque tomarlo todos los días. Hay que tomarlo realmente en momentos necesarios, donde necesites ese empujón y esa energía extra gracias al café. Personalmente no lo noto tanto, por no decir nada. Será que mi dosis tiene que ser mucho más alta ya que de por si tomo café todos los días sumado a bebidas energéticas. Pero si que os lo recomiendo probar y para quienes no os guste el café, os vendrá genial seguramente. Sobre todo la buena calidad precio que tiene es brutal sin duda. Hay que recalcar que un bote de 30 cápsulas te da para más de 30 días, hay que tener en cuenta que NO se toma todos los días. Quizá un bote de 30 capsulas te pueda durar 2 meses o 3 mínimo.
