I have not tolerated coffee since I was a child because of some substance other than caffeine. On the other hand, I do consume natural caffeine in capsules as a pre-workout without any problem.

To be alert or increase performance
Useful supplement depending on the case and the needs of each one, as long as you can take it (not my case), and do not use it too late to interfere with falling asleep. In my case it came as a gift (don't look a gift horse in the mouth).
