Practical

During a nutrient analysis it was found that I have a deficit of L-ornithine. Therefore, I bought the product to see what would happen. I had the impression that, unlike other supplements, it triggered a kind of "flash" relatively quickly, which I did not find unpleasant. It had the impression that there is some physical reaction quickly (may of course be imagination ...). The capsules are relatively large, so I open them and take it as a powder (does not taste very good, but you can get it down without problems). I hope that in this case it is not bad to open the capsules, but since amino acids are also available as powder, I assume that it is ok.

Bei einer Nährstoffanalyse wurde festgestellt, dass ich ein Defizit an L-Ornithin habe. Daher habe ich mir das Produkt gekauft, um zu sehen, was passiert. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es anders als andere Nahrungsergänzungsmittel relativ schnell so eine Art "Flash" ausgelöst hat, was ich nicht unangenehm fand. Es hatte den Eindruck, dass es schnell eine gewisse physische Reaktion gibt (kann natürlich auch Einbildung sein ...). Die Kapseln sind relativ groß, deswegen öffne ich sie und nehme es als Pulver (schmeckt nicht besonders gut, aber man kann es runterbekommen ohne Probleme). Ich hoffe, dass es in diesem Fall nicht schlimm ist, die Kapseln zu öffnen, aber da es Aminosäuren auch als Pulver gibt, gehe ich davon aus, dass es ok ist.

I can't complain about the product but I can't praise its properties either. I took the whole bottle of pills and did not notice any change for better or worse. I think that in general it is difficult to say if a product is effective without doing blood tests, urine tests, etc.
