I have not noticed any difference

In my personal case I haven't noticed any difference. I bought it for anxiety and to see if it would help improve my mood, but I felt pretty much the same.

Good value for money

The 500mg is a little less concentrated than the one I used to use (600) but the quality is excellent and the price is much more competitive.

To improve my sleep I usually take Gaba. This HSN product provides an optimal amount and at a very good price. It works well for me since I have been taking it and my sleep is more restful and consistent.

Gaba is an amino acid and neurotransmitter that regulates brain arousal. I take gaba seasonally to improve the quality of my sleep. Since I have a lot of trouble getting a good night's sleep, my nutri regulates the supplements I take.
