Gaba is an amino acid and neurotransmitter that regulates brain arousal. I take gaba seasonally to improve the quality of my sleep. Since I have a lot of trouble getting a good night's sleep, my nutri regulates the supplements I take.

Improves sleep
The quality and price are fair, but the effect leaves something to be desired. It does work, but not as strongly as melatonin, for example. I would take it in the last meal just before sleep with other sleep supplements.
