Great, but too much caffeine

The ingredients are a 10, and as a pre-workout another 10, although for me, not being a person who is overly affected by caffeine, it has too much if you take the dosage indicated. I had a hard time sleeping at night because I was training in the afternoon. I reduced the dose by half and now it is acceptable and I have not noticed a drop in my training performance.

Me costaba mucho dormir por las noches porque entrenaba por la tarde. Reduje la dosis a la mitad y ahora es aceptable y no he notado que baje mi rendimiento al entrenar.

Good pre-workout that works

It's quite effective, it takes me about 15 minutes to get to the gym, so before leaving home I take the two scoops. I notice during the morning and during the workout that energy boost (and the beta-alanine itch). However, the lemon flavor is not at all successful, in fact, I have to eat something afterwards to get rid of the bad taste in my mouth. I recommend its purchase.

Es bastante eficaz, tardo en llegar al gimnasio unos 15 minutos, por lo que antes de salir de casa me tomo los dos cacitos. Noto durante la mañana y en el entreno ese subidón de energía (y el picorcito de la beta-alanina). Sin embargo, el sabor de limón no está nada conseguido, de hecho, tengo que comer algo después para que se me quite el mal sabor en la boca. Recomiendo su compra.
