Great, but too much caffeine
The ingredients are a 10, and as a pre-workout another 10, although for me, not being a person who is overly affected by caffeine, it has too much if you take the dosage indicated. I had a hard time sleeping at night because I was training in the afternoon. I reduced the dose by half and now it is acceptable and I have not noticed a drop in my training performance.

Good pre-workout that works
It's quite effective, it takes me about 15 minutes to get to the gym, so before leaving home I take the two scoops. I notice during the morning and during the workout that energy boost (and the beta-alanine itch). However, the lemon flavor is not at all successful, in fact, I have to eat something afterwards to get rid of the bad taste in my mouth. I recommend its purchase.

Noto durante la mañana y en el entreno ese subidón de energía (y el picorcito de la beta-alanina).
