Si tienes varios productos en una sola toma, es muy completo y te da ese punch de energía para entrenar. El polvo se dirige genial sin grumos. El sabor, cogí ponche de frutas porque es el que quedaba y comparado con otros no me gusta tanto pero bueno es aceptable.
