Helps a lot with insomnia
It is amazing, it relaxes and helps to have a much better quality sleep. I have always had trouble sleeping and have been on medication but with melatonin I don't need it. By taking one pill (in episodes of more insomnia I have had to take 2) I notice how it helps me to control my anxiety and I can sleep much earlier. The next day I feel more relaxed and less exhausted. Plus the tablets are small and don't taste like anything. A 10.
