Although it is a melatonin tablet to swallow with water, you can chew it, but I do not advise it because it is very bad tasting. Muy buena melatonina, cumple con su función (hace que te entre sueño) y está muy bien de precio comparada con otras marcas. Aunque es una melatonina en pastilla de tragar con agua, se puede masticar, pero no lo aconsejo porque está muy mala de sabor. Aviso por si alguien piensa comprarla con la idea de masticarla.
