They help to fall asleep but the dosage is somewhat low. I would take two pills instead of one as recommended and it was much better.

I have found it to be as effective as other brands of melatonin, but better value. You have to be relaxed and take it about 30 minutes before bedtime so it works great. I recommend it.

I sleep in one go
I split the pills in half because otherwise it's too much and I even wake up a little sleepy, but I do have a deeper sleep since I take them and I fall asleep at the same time.
Yo parto las pastillas por la mitad porque sino es demasiado incluso me levanto un poco somnoliento, eso si tengo más sueño profundo desde que me las tomo y me duermo del tirón.
