Not effective
I have tried 3 melatonins from here and just as with the extended release if I notice improvement with this one I do not notice the difference is as if I did not take anything. Price certainly better than in any physical store and reusable packaging.
He probado 3 melatoninas de aquí e igual que con la de liberación prolongada si que note mejoría con esta no noto la diferencia es como si no tomara nada. Precio sin duda mejor que en cualquier tienda física y el envase reutilizable.

It is a staple among my supplements. When I need to ensure a good sleep or I have difficulty sleeping because of stress, I take it and I rest much better. In terms of quality-price is unbeatable, it is true that it is only melatonin and does not carry other supplements such as chamomile but for the price it is a bargain. Anyway, there are these options within the brand.
Es un básico entre mis suplementos. Cuando necesito asegurarme un buen sueño o tengo dificultades para dormir por causa del estrés, la tomo y descanso mucho mejor. En cuanto a calidad-precio es imbatible, sí que es verdad que es solamente melatonina y no lleva otros complementos como camomila pero por el precio que tiene es un chollo. De todas formas existen esas opciones dentro de la marca.
