I have a lot of trouble sleeping . I have been taking it for about two weeks and I have not yet noticed a marked therapeutic effect. I put it down to the fact that I was previously taking benzodiazepines to sleep and that nutritional supplements need more time to have their therapeutic effect on the body. For the price it is worth it.
Tengo muchos problemas para dormir . Llevo unas dos semanas tomándolo y aún no he notado un marcado efecto terapéutico . Lo achaco a que anteriormente tomaba benzodiacepinas para dormir y que los suplementos nutricionales necesitan más tiempo para realizar su efecto terapéutico en el organismo .
