I bought melatonin for the first time just to see how it worked for me. After two nights taking a pill half an hour before going to sleep, this is my experience: -It has increased the time of deep sleep. -REM sleep time increased. -I fell asleep faster. -The time awake has decreased. -I woke up at the first time and with a good feeling (results according to the watch and my sensations). Tras dos noches tomando una pastilla media hora antes de dormir, esta es mi experiencia:
-Ha aumentado el tiempo de sueño profundo.

-Me dormí con más rapidez.
-El tiempo despierto ha disminuido.
-Me he levantado a la primera y con buena sensación.
