It has become a basic supplement for me. I always had trouble falling asleep and since I started taking it my sleep has been regulated a lot. I usually take it an hour before going to sleep so that it takes effect and I fall asleep much faster and rest better. Also, even when I don't take it, when the time comes when I usually take it, I notice how I start to feel more sleepy. This in combination with magnesium bisglycinate, and you wake up super rested.
