It gives you a tingling sensation in your eyes, you feel a little bit of sleep coming on and that's the right moment to close your eyes and sleep. I try not to take it every day, only when I need it, so I don't get too used to having to take something to sleep, or in case it generates tolerance. In general it is a product that does its job, and compared to others on the street in price and quantity of the active ingredient itself, this one is very "potent" and cheap.
Te da como un hormigueillo en los ojos, notas como te va viniendo un poco el sueñecillo y ahí es el momento justo para cerrar los ojos y dormir. Intento no tomarlo a diario, solo cuando me hace falta, para no acostumbrarme mucho a tener q tomar algo pa dormir, o en caso de q generase tolerancia. En general es un producto que hace su trabajo, y comparado a otros de la calle en precio y cantidad del principio activo en sí, este es muy "potente" y barato.

Taking it as indicated on the package, 30 minutes before going to sleep, helps significantly to fall asleep. Working shifts are wonderful to make the cycle changes and when you wake up you notice that you have rested better.
