Good option to facilitate sleep!
In general I do not usually have problems with sleep if I do sports and have a good night routine but there are days that I have moved less or I have some stress from an exam or something and taking one or two pills I start to notice that I shut down. It usually doesn't take long, after 20 minutes it starts to take effect. Recommended!
En general no suelo tener problemas con el sueño si realizo deporte y tengo una buena rutina nocturna pero hay días que me he movido menos o tengo algo de estrés por algún examen o algo y tomándome una o dos pastillas ya empiezo a notar como que me apago. Me suele tardar poco, a los 20 minutos ya me empieza a hacer efecto. Recomendado!
