I bought it because in an order I was sent some pills as a gift, I found it quite effective and opted to buy these. The gift ones were chewable, and had a pleasant taste, these you have to take with water, they are not large or hard to swallow, I do not find any particular taste. It doesn't prevent nighttime awakenings, but I go back to sleep easily.
La compré porque en un pedido me enviaron unas pastillas como regalo, me resultó bastante eficaz y opté por comprar éstas. Las de regalo eran masticables, y tenían un sabor agradable, éstas tienes que tomarlas con agua, no son grandes ni difíciles de tragar, no encuentro ningún sabor en particular.
