Excellent EPA and DHA profile, no digestion problems or aftertaste, and then they are IFOS-certified Omega 3. I couldn't ask for more. I also get them for my father and gladly recommend them to sports and non-sports friends.

This is the second time I have bought it. I was looking for a good omega 3 for my mother with good bioavailability without having to take 6 pearls a day and the dosage of this one is great. She uses it to raise her HDL cholesterol and to fight steatosis. So far her cholesterol tests have improved, so we will continue to buy it.
