The advantages of omega 3 are well known and it is nowadays an essential supplement. The O3-O6 ratio should be 2-3 and currently the average is 1-19, which implies a basic microinflammation of the organism that must be avoided. Its properties at the cardiovascular system level are unquestionable and a source of health. The only negative point is that this formulation is slightly repeated.

Very good product
I plan to repeat because of their quality seals, the high dosage of Omega 3 and the competitive prices. The capsules are large but I bite them and the oil tastes fishy but less than for example krill oil.

I think it is a great supplement because it has IFOS 5 STARS ensuring the highest quality standards for obtaining the product. Compared to other supplement companies that sell it at the same price but do not specify the origin of the fatty acids, the result is a dubious origin.
