Good value for money omega 3
Of all the omega 3 that I have seen this seems to me the one that has convinced me the best although the capsule is difficult to swallow, you have to take it with plenty of water to pass well (drink enough water when taking supplements always). They arrive very fast, it is the second time I order.
De todos los omega 3 que he visto esté me parece el que mejor me ha convencido aunque la cápsula es difícil de tragar, hay que tomarlo con mucha agua para que pasé bien (beber suficiente agua cuando se toman suplementos siempre). Llegan muy rápido es la segunda vez que pido.
