An essential in my supplementation
At home we don't eat much fish and the doctor recommended us to take omega 3, with IFOS certificate, better quality. I combine it with Krill oil also from HSN and I take one capsule of each. It does not repeat itself, has no taste and is comfortable to take. Good for cardiovascular health.
En casa no comemos mucho pescado y el médico nos recomendó tomar omega 3, con certificado IFOS, mejor calidad. Yo lo combino con aceite de Krill también de HSN y tomo una cápsula de cada. A mí no me repite, no tiene sabor y es cómoda de tomar. Bueno para la salud cardiovascular.

Still in probationary period
Still in trial period but with expectations because everything I have from HSN has not let me down. The size of the container is perfect for not worrying for a while and as at home we take it for 2 people, so much the better. Easy to swallow because it is a soft capsule. The first day I noticed a fishy aftertaste for a while but it has not happened again. I'm glad I bought them because Omega3 is essential.
Aún en periodo de prueba pero con expectativas porque todo lo que tengo de HSN no me ha defraudado. El tamaño del envase es perfecto para no preocuparte un tiempo y como en casa la tomamos 2 personas, pues mejor. Fácil de tragar pues es cápsula blanda. El primer día noté regusto a pescado un rato pero no me ha vuelto a pasar. Me alegro de haberlas comprado pues el Omega3 es imprescindible.
