Very good product.
Several years ago, due to an intestinal infection and an operation, I had a problem in my coronary arteries and since then I was prescribed medication to keep my circulation flowing. Since then I have been taking omega 3 capsules and every year in the cardiology check-ups I have had, I have come out well. I like this product very much.

Indispensable if you do not eat seafood or fish like me.
Very important for me, I don't eat fish at all, only tuna and very rarely. It has 600mg of fatty acids, of which 350mg are EPA and 250mg are DHA. One a day is more than enough, I always take it after lunch. As soon as I run out I will go for the PREMIUM Omega 3 (750mg fatty acids: 500mg EPA - 250mg DHA). Brutal quality-price as everything from HSN. IFOS certified.
Muy importante para mí, no como nada de pescado, tan sólo atún y muy pocas veces. Tiene 600mg de ácidos grasos, de los cuáles 350mg son EPA y 250mg son DHA. An addition to my diet
I don't eat a lot of fish, so I think I could use some help in the form of a supplement. Take one tablet with the midday meal. The capsule swallows well. I will evaluate later whether to continue with this product or switch to one of the other formats.

My must for rest and skin care.
Omega-3, how indispensable it is.
