Product suitable for balancing omega 3 - omega 6 levels.
Until now I was using cod liver oil pearls but when I realized that they had enough vitamin D and I was supplementing with other things that had it and we are in the season of more sun exposure, I decided to change to this one which is also certified. As it is taken in a single large capsule it is convenient for me to consume and not break my intermittent fasting.
Utilizaba hasta ahora las perlas de aceite de hígado de bacalao pero al darme cuenta que tenían bastante vitamina D y me estaba suplementando con otras cosas que la tenían y encima estamos en la época de más exposición solar, decidí cambiar a este que además está certificado. Como se toma en una única cápsula grande se me hace cómodo para consumir y no romper mi ayuno intermitente.
