Effective protein, perfect for vegetarians
The protein is good for taste and price. The only downside I would put is the texture, which compared to animal proteins does not convince me. I also have to add more milk to dilute it.

Regarding the strawberry and chocolate flavor, they are very tasty. They are thick thanks to the xanthan gum which makes them custard-like in texture if you don't add too much water. I like them.
Respecto al sabor de fresa y chocolate muy ricas. Quedan espesitas gracias a la goma xantana que lleva con lo cual su textura es tipo natillas si no le pones excesiva agua. Me gustan.

I've been asking for it for years and it's fine, I mix it with oatmeal and very well as a "mass gainer" the flavor is neutral, the flavorless one.
