Perfect

I bought this protein because normal whey protein makes me feel bad as I am lactose intolerant, I was afraid that it would not taste good as it is vegetable but it is very tasty, I use it to make cookies with margarine and with erythritol but in shakes it is also very tasty.

Me pille está proteína porque la proteína de suero normal me sienta mal al ser intolerante a la lactosa tenía miedo de que no supiera bien al ser vegetal pero está muy rica le queda muy bien un poco de eritritol para endulzar la, yo la uso para hacer galletas con margarina y con eritritol pero en batido también está muy rica.

The only thing I didn't like is the taste, otherwise the texture and effectiveness is 10. It is a creamy protein shake with water.
