It works very well for me. I bought it in a neutral flavor to avoid sweeteners and other artifices that are added to the flavored ones. As for the taste, it is very well tolerated, it is like almond milk, it does not have any flavor but it is not unpleasant as it happens with free amino acids. I add more water than recommended, about 600ml, to prevent it from being too concentrated. On some occasions I add Stevia to sweeten it but I think it is not necessary, as it is, it can be taken perfectly well. Vegetable proteins have deficiencies in some amino acids, so I supplement it with a capsule of Methionine and one of Tryptophan which are the two deficient amino acids.
