Good protein, but watch out for amino acids.
Good protein in case you are vegan. Somewhat thicker and worse texture than animal proteins, but in any case it fulfills its function well. Especially recommended for people who are intolerant or should not consume soy products. Be careful with the amino acid profile, it is not complete, with vegetable origin only soy has a complete protein profile. Complete the amino acid profile with other foods in case you are vegan.
