Best taken 1 to 2 hours before bedtime

The taste is bitter... And because the powder is hydrophobic, it's difficult to mix it in a glass of water and it doesn't dissolve well. I end up putting the powder in my mouth, drinking water, yawning and then swallowing. You get used to the taste. They're very effective if you take them 1 to 2 hours before going to bed. It helps me fall asleep and after 2 weeks I notice an increase in good mood and well-being. Increases serotonin levels.

O sabor é amargo... E como o pó é hidrofóbico, é difícil misturar num copo de água e colher que não se dissolve bem. Acabo por meter o pó na boca, bebo água, bocejo e depois engolo. Acaba-se por habituar ao sabor. Têm boa eficácia se tomar 1h a 2h antes de ir dormir. Ajuda a adormecer e noto ao final de 2 semanas o aumento de bom humor e bem estar. Aumenta os níveis de serotonina.

I take L-Tryptophan to help me fall asleep and it works very well. Although I usually buy it in capsules, I wanted to try this one, in powder form, but I found it unpleasant to taste, so I encapsulated it with HSN's gelatin capsules. I use a precision scale to weigh the amount of product I can put in a capsule and I regulate my dosage accordingly.

Tomo L-Triptofano para ayudarme a conciliar el sueño y me va muy bien. Aunque normalmente lo compro en cápsulas, quise probar éste, en polvo, pero me resultó desagradable de sabor, así que lo encapsulé con las cápsulas de gelatina de HSN. Con una báscula de precisión peso la cantidad de producto que puedo meter en una cápsula y en función de esto me regulo la dosificación.
