L-carnitine L-tartrate (Carnipure®) powder

A few tenths too many

It is noticeable that the temperature rises a little and seems to help in the recovery.

L-carnitine L-tartrate (Carnipure®) powder

Great

Quite bitter but nothing that can't be tolerated and adding a little more water will solve or reduce the taste.

L-carnitine L-tartrate (Carnipure®) powder

Combination for definition

I'm testing it in definition and I still don't notice those great results, it would be necessary to give it some time to see if they are appreciated in the long term. It tastes sour, but I can stand it. I take it as a pre-workout.

L-carnitine L-tartrate (Carnipure®) powder

Helps burn more fat

I liked the powder form of L-Carnitine more than the liquid form. This way I can dose the quantity myself and I have the guarantee that I am not buying ampoules of water at the price of gold. As for the effectiveness, I take it before doing low intensity and long duration cardio and this year I have lost fat faster than the previous year when I didn't use it. So it is a little help if there is a caloric deficit and it is taken at the right time.
