Just caffeine without taste for the day to day. This depends on each person, but for me it doesn't make me dependent or get me down, and at night I sleep just the same, although I always take it in the morning. I use it mainly as a thermogenic and only in months of definition, and as far as my results are concerned I'm happy so I guess it helps.

Well buy the caffeine to give that little push in the morning that sometimes costs so much and if that pushes go, I was accelerated like a motorcycle so perfect. What I didn't like is that it says tasteless and it doesn't? Whatever you take it turns it into the typical taste of medicine. So I didn't like that but hey, it's a small price to pay compared to what the rest of the 5.7 hours after that offers. By the way the airtight closure costs quite a bit to close.

Pues compre la cafeína para dar ese empujoncito a la mañana que a veces tanto cuesta y si que empuja vaya, iba acelerado como una moto así que perfecto. Lo que no me ha gustado es que pone sin sabor y anda que no... Sea lo que sea que te tomes lo convierte en el típico sabor de medicamento. Así que eso no me ha gustado pero bueno, es un pequeño precio comparado con lo que ofrece el resto de las 5,7 horas de después. Por cierto el cierre hermético cuesta bastante de cerrar.
