Good combination with caffeine
I use the guarana extract along with the caffeine anhydrous powder by making my own size 1 capsules. I use between 7 and 10 grams of caffeine per 100 capsules and the rest of guarana (about 32 ~ 34 grams per 100 capsules depending on how much I can press the contents). I take the capsules on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up while I prepare breakfast or organize the day, I notice the caffeine boost shortly after or during breakfast and then I do not notice the crash that caffeine can sometimes produce because I have the effect of guarana that counteracts that. Very good to start the day or as a pre-workout (take it 30 to 60 minutes before training), I like much more the effect that guarana has as a stimulant because unlike caffeine, it produces more a state of alertness than a stimulant that wakes me up if I have not slept enough one night as caffeine can do. The stimulation I get from guarana is mild and prolonged in time and is not as much of an instant energy spike as caffeine can produce.
Uso el extracto de guaraná junto con la cafeína anhídrida en polvo haciendo mis propias cápsulas de tamaño 1. Usando entre 7 y 10 gramos de cafeína por cada 100 cápsulas y el resto de guaraná (unos 32 ~ 34 gramos por cada 100 capsulas depende de lo que pueda prensar el contenido). Tomo las cápsulas en ayunas nada más levantarme mientras preparo el desayuno u organizo el día, noto el boost de cafeína al poco rato o durante el desayuno y luego no noto el bajón que a veces puede producir la cafeína ya que tengo el efecto de la guaraná que contrarresta eso. Muy bueno para empezar el día o como preentreno (tomarlo 30 a 60 minutos antes de entrenar), me gusta mucho más el efecto que tiene la guaraná como estimulante ya que a diferencia de la cafeína, me produce más un estado de alerta que un estimulante que me despierte si no he dormido lo suficiente una noche como lo puede hacer la cafeína. La estimulación que me produce la guaraná es suave y prolongada en el tiempo y no es tanto un pico de energía instantáneo como puede producir la cafeína.
