Maca powder

Good savings in this format.

I usually take it with coconut yogurt and chopped fruits. It is delicious. And in this format you get a good saving.

Maca powder

Excellent for breakfast

I love the distinctive flavor. I add a teaspoon to my matcha tea with milk and it gives it a delicious touch. I also notice more energy during the day. I recommend it.

Maca powder

Good maca.

I have been taking it for 5 months and I have read that maca takes time to take effect. For me it is essential because it is an adaptogen and is not only useful for training. Also for libido and to have a little more energy. It doesn't make me nervous at least. I take it with coffee. Essential.

Imprescindible.

Maca powder

Very good.

I bought it for its properties to regulate hormones but the truth is that I have loved the taste. I add it to coffee or porridge and, although I can't say much about its hormonal effects because I don't use it daily, I love the bitter taste it has and for that reason alone I will repeat.

Maca powder

Essential in my diet

Libido, energy, and especially for my partner of 48 years old, elimination of pre-menopausal effects. We take it in shake or porridge, at first when we started taking it was a little strange taste but eventually you get used to it, in addition, we mix it with other nutrients such as cocoa, spirulina, yogurt, kefir, nuts, blueberries, strawberries ... and the flavor is diluted.

Maca powder

Efficient and unbeatable value for money

The only downside is the taste, which is not at all pleasant. But in terms of its effectiveness in boosting vitality levels, it's excellent!

Flavor.

Unpleasant taste but it fulfills its function perfectly. Personally I prefer it in capsules for the taste.
