Fulfills its function

I thought it didn't make me efectp until I stopped taking it and that's when I realized that yes, the pills are big but I swallow them without any problems, they have no taste.

Creí que no me hacia efectp hasta que deje de tomarlo y fue cuando me di cuenta de que si, las pastillas grandes pero las trago sin problemas, no tienen sabor.

I have been taking it for months and it is noticeable. I do high intensity sports and at night I avoid those cramps and muscle aches after an intense workout. You have to be constant that if !!!!

Llevo meses tomándolo y si se nota. Hago deporte de alta intensidad y por la noche me evita esos calambres y dolores musculares a después de un entreno intenso. Tienes que ser constante eso si !!!

Yo empecé a tomar citrato de magnesio porque tenía problemas de estreñimiento y también porque me sentía muy cansado. La verdad es que me ha funcionado bastante bien: noto que voy al baño con más regularidad y, además, siento menos calambres en las piernas cuando hago ejercicio.
