The tablet is bigger than I expected. It does its job, but next time I buy it I'll opt for magnesium bisglycinate instead of citrate.

Large but effective capsules
The capsules are a bit too big for my taste... I think that when I finish the bottle I'm going to validate first of fakir... but splitting it or with a lot of water, they go inside. Otherwise, perfect, good quantity, the effect on recovery and rest is noticeable and since I've been taking it, honestly, I feel much better. It has become essential in my routine.
Las cápsulas son un pelín grandes para mi gusto... creo que cuando me termine el bote me van a convalidar primero de fakir... pero partiéndola o con mucha agua, van para adentro. Por lo demás, perfectas, buena cantidad, se nota el efecto en la recuperación y el descanso y desde que lo tomo, sinceramente, me encuentro mucho mejor. Se ha convertido en imprescindible en mi rutina.
