How well it digests!

I decided to try the hydrolyzed protein later, since the normal one feels heavy and the vegan ones I tried didn't like it at all and... what a wonder, what a difference! It's tasty, it feels light... I will repeat for sure.

Excellent supplement for your training

I have been training and taking supplements for over 15 years. I have tried many brands, flavors and types. I'm really liking this hydrolyzed protein, I'm really seeing positive results, with others I did too but at a higher price. Also the fact that it comes unflavored is a plus for me, since I usually get cloying. If they don't raise the price too much, I will continue to use it.

Llevo más de 15 años entrenando y tomando suplementos. He probado bastantes marcas, sabores y tipos. Me está gustando mucho esta proteína hidrolizada, realmente voy viendo resultados positivos, con otras también lo hacía pero a mayor precio. Además que venga sin sabor para mi es un plus, ya que me suelen empalagar. Si no se suben mucho con el precio, seguiré consumiéndola.

Good protein, dissolves very well, leaves no lumps, I take it unflavored and without sweeteners, I mix it with yogurt and it is perfect, I recommend it.

Good protein for periods of rest or continuity.

Protein recommended for rest or continuity stage, in times of recovery after and during an injury in order not to lose strength. It is not as effective as those of higher nutritional value, but it fulfills its function. If possible I recommend unflavored for better digestion, and you can accompany it with some juice to give it the flavor to your liking.

Proteína recomendable para etapa de descaso o continuidad , en épocas de recuperación después y durante alguna lesión para no perder fuerza. No es tan efectiva como las de mayor valor nutricional, pero cumple su función. Si es posible recomiendo sin sabor para mejor digestión, pudiendo acompañarla con algún zumo para darle el sabor a tu gusto.
